Building the drawer front & door

multi-piece glue-ups were used to obtain the needed width of lumber.

Since you can't buy (around here anyway) Birch solid wood in widths wider than 7-8", it was necessary to rip & glue-up multiple pieces to make the necessary size pieces for the right-hand drawer front and the dresser door.

Once removed from the clamps, they were cut to size on the table saw...

then run thru the thickness planner for final thickness sizing...

the last step was to run the 1/4" round-over bit around the edge.
